Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team and support the Managing Partner with daily club operations, member satisfaction, and sales initiatives. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants in a dynamic, no-judgments environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of fitness management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to drive KPI performance and coaching.
• Excellent communication and guest-service orientation.

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing staff for MSRs and support roles.
• Monitor staff KPIs and ensure high performance across duties.
• Lead by example to meet personal and team targets in a fast-paced gym environment.
• Oversee scheduling, labor, and front desk operations to ensure smooth club flow.
• Drive member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through exceptional service.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and proper asset/inventory management.
