Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team in Austin. You will support the Managing Partner in daily club operations, drive sales success, ensure member satisfaction, and maintain a clean, welcoming facility.

Lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants. You’ll deliver high hospitality, uphold Crunch policies, and own scheduling, labor and asset management while promoting a strong, no-judgments

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience achieving KPIs and leading teams.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff to maintain proper staffing levels.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet KPI standards.
• Lead by example with personal and team performance targets.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and facility operations to ensure a high-quality member experience.
