Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Cedar Park, TX is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team and support the managing partner with daily club operations, sales, member satisfaction, and facility care.

You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants, drive staffing, KPI achievement, and ensure a welcoming, high-performance environment aligned with Crunch standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred
• Experience achieving KPIs and leading teams
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Understanding of labor control, scheduling, overtime and staffing
• Clear communication and integrity in leadership

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff to maintain proper staffing levels
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet KPI standards
• Lead by example delivering personal and team performance targets
• Manage performance standards with ongoing coaching
• Oversee scheduling, labor management and member service resolution
• Drive lead generation and outreach to impact new member sales
• New member acquisition and integration into services and programs
• Supervise club asset management, inventory, and front desk operations
• Maintain a clean facility and ensure 100% equipment functioning
