CAVA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to drive store performance. You will help set action plans, manage schedules, forecast labor, and develop Team Members while maintaining guest satisfaction and profitability.

You will lead by example in customer service, support financial tracking and reporting, and ensure safety and compliance across daily restaurant operations. The role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
