Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the FOH team, drive daily operations, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment. You will manage hospitality, take-out, delivery and server performance while coordinating local store marketing and promotions.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant, strong leadership, and the ability to work a 50-hour week with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Leadership skills to supervise, train and motivate restaurant personnel.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant FOH – assist Management in leading the restaurant team.
• Oversee Hospitality/Take-Out/Delivery and Server performance to ensure top guest experience.
• Lead in-restaurant marketing and rewards program; help maximize sales and profits.
• Prepare and execute local store marketing, merchandising, and promotions to increase sales and guest traffic.
• Instruct, train, coach and develop FOH team; recruit hourly employees.
