Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to supervise FOH and BOH, train staff, and drive guest satisfaction while managing staffing and budgets.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant supervisory experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work a 50-hour week with flexible hours. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Leadership skills to supervise, train and motivate staff.
• 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant.
• Experience with FOH and HOH/Kitchen management.
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week and flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong written, verbal, math and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant FOH and BOH; assist General Manager in leading the team.
• Instruct, train, coach and develop staff to recognize and reward performance.
• Assist with recruiting and hiring of hourly employees.
• Ensure appropriate staffing to maximize service and sales.
• Work to maximize sales and profits; maintain cash controls.
• Support local store marketing, merchandising and promotions.
• Ensure safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer complaints and train staff to handle issues.
