Job summary

KidStrong Texas is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Pflugerville, TX. You will drive center growth, inspire coaches, and ensure an exceptional experience for kids and families.

Responsibilities include leading sales efforts, coaching staff, managing operations, and hands-on coaching 5–10 hours weekly. A high-energy leader with a background in child development and athletics is essential.

Qualifications

• Child development and athletic background with coaching experience working with kids (15 months–11 years).
• Driven sales mindset with outbound calls, closing sales, and meeting goals.
• Natural leader with high energy and growth mindset.
• Physically active and able to move equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Tech‑savvy with Google Workspace/Microsoft platforms; comfortable with LearnUpon, ADP, CareerPlug, or CRM software.
• CPR certified (or willing to obtain) and ready to complete KidStrong HQ Coach Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead member acquisition by outbound calling (75–100 calls/day) to new and interested leads.
• Finalize trial sales and memberships over the phone and in-center.
• Sell and schedule revenue-boosting events (camps, birthday parties, pop-ups).
• Serve as Manager on Duty when GM is off; onboard/train/mentor coaches.
• Track center KPIs, sales, and retention; deliver top-tier customer service.
