Massage Envy is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, drive membership and retail sales, and lead the team of sales associates and massage therapists.

You will train staff, schedule shifts, and ensure a professional environment while delivering excellent service to members and guests. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and benefits at participating locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in service/retail sales preferred.
• Ability to manage and motivate staff.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the clinic.
• Achieving membership and retail sales goals; supervising sales associates and massage staff.
• Training and monitoring staff performance; creating staff and therapist work schedules.
• Providing excellent service to members/guests via phone, appointments, greeting, and memberships.
