Massage Envy in Golden Valley, MN is seeking an Assistant Clinic Administrator to oversee daily clinic operations, drive membership and retail sales, and lead massage therapy staff. You will train, coach, schedule, and manage HR functions while ensuring exceptional member service and a professional clinic environment.

The role requires experience in service/retail settings, ability to set goals and delegate, and strong communication to Franchise Owners and regional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the clinic.
• Assist Owner in setting membership and retail sales goals.
• Achieve all membership and retail sales goals.
• Manage sales associates and massage therapy staff.
• Train, monitor and coach performance of staff.
• Create and maintain staff and therapist schedules.
• Handle HR functions including interviewing, hiring, training, and discipline.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests, including greeting and appointments.
• Maintain a professional clinic environment for staff and guests.
• Generate sales reports, payroll, deposits, inventory, and ordering supplies.
