KidStrong West Des Moines center is seeking a proactive Assistant General Manager who partners with the GM to lead operations, coaching, and sales. You will drive center KPIs, foster a learning culture for coaches and families, and oversee events, maintenance, and brand standards.

You will build relationships with families, manage schedules, and support staff development while ensuring an exceptional experience for kids and families.

Formación

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Coaching certification via HQ Training and Certification team.
• Training completed through LearnUpon as required.
• Prior management experience preferred but not required.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the center's KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Maintain cleaning and upkeep of the center daily to monthly cadence.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
• Manage lead follow-ups and bookings from CRM and online sign-up flow.
• Attend local events to drive leads and memberships.
• Lead, onboard, train, and evaluate coaching candidates with GM.
• Support staff development through LearnUpon.
• Communicate professionally via Slack and Email; monitor messages.
