Qualifications

• Athletic/coaching background with experience with children 15 months to 11 years old.
• Coach Certification via HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required by HQ.
• Comfortable communicating with parents/guardians on various topics.
• Prior management experience required.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with systems like ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, FranConnect preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Maintain relationships with KidStrong families to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, branding, and scheduling.
• Ensure regular center cleaning and task delegation among staff.
• Manage staff issues and documentation; maintain shift schedules.
• Lead sales through call drives, lead management, and event bookings.
• Recruit, train, onboard, and evaluate coaching candidates; ensure paperwork compliance.
• Lead coaching candidates through training and evaluations; support staff development.
