Wendy’s — Sinkula Investments (13 NKY Franchise Locations) is hiring for a full-time restaurant leadership role in Kentucky. This position offers a 48-hour workweek with an annual salary of $50,000 to $56,000, plus a monthly bonus program.

Updated: October 22, 2026. You’ll support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations, coach team members with constructive feedback, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in QSR or fast-casual management.
• Proven track record of leading, managing, and motivating teams.
• Willingness to work a 48-hour week (including nights, weekends, some holidays).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• A great personality, genuine desire to serve guests, and an upbeat, engaging attitude.
