Sinkula Investments Ltd. operates a Wendy's location seeking a capable restaurant leader. You will guide the management and crew, oversee scheduling, payroll, operations, and uphold food safety and quality standards across daily activities.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of leadership in a restaurant, strong communication, and the ability to drive profitability while maintaining high service levels. Travel within the market may be required; transportation is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour schedule across dayparts.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within market.
