Job summary

Sinkula Investments (Franchise) at Wendy's in Northern KY is seeking a Shift Supervisor for a full-time, 40-hour week with pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour.

You will lead training, monitor food safety, supervise crew tasks, and uphold service excellence while ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to stand 8-hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
