Job summary

Sinkula Investments, operating multiple Northern KY Wendy’s locations, is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, train crew, and uphold food safety and customer service standards. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a wage of $17.00–$19.00 per hour, paid time off and holidays, free meals, uniforms, and clear paths for internal promotion.

You will ensure health regulations are followed, monitor tasks for quality and speed, and help maintain a safe, clean environment

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 20–50 lbs.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week including nights, weekends and some holidays.
