Job summary

Sinkula Investments (Franchise) in Northern Kentucky is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Wendy's. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a pay range of $17.00–$19.00 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.

You’ll train staff, monitor food safety, ensure health regulations, manage crew tasks, and support Service Excellence and Customer Courtesy standards. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, basic math, and the ability to stand all shift while lifting

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
• Basic mathematical skills for transactions and counts.
• Willingness to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs.

What You’ll Be Doing
