Job summary

Wendy's in Northern KY is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead crew, ensure food safety, maintain cleanliness, and uphold Service Excellence standards. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week and pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour.

You will train and monitor tasks, supervise shifts, and help with cash control and equipment protection, with opportunities for advancement within Sinkula Investments franchise.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.

• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
• Ability to stand 8 hours and lift 20–50 lbs.
