Wendy's location operated by Sinkula Investments Ltd. seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations and drive team performance. You will coach a management and crew team, manage scheduling, payroll, and maintain food safety while ensuring profitability across the unit.

The role offers a substantial annual salary of $60,000–$70,000 plus a monthly bonus program and comprehensive benefits. Promotion from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work a 50-hour schedule across dayparts.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within market if needed.
