Job summary

Sinkula Investments is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Covington, KY. You will lead and develop your management and crew team, oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily operations while upholding food safety and quality standards.

Expect a 50-hour schedule, strong emphasis on team leadership, and opportunities for growth. We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus a monthly bonus, health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred)
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work a 50-hour schedule across dayparts
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within market if needed
