Job summary

Sinkula Investments Ltd. is seeking a restaurant general manager at a Wendy's location in Kentucky. You will lead and develop your management and crew team to deliver excellent guest experiences and operational excellence.

You will handle scheduling, payroll, daily operations, food safety and quality, inventory control, and overall profitability. A 50-hour weekly schedule, strong leadership, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience (restaurant preferred).
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.
