Restore Hyper Wellness in Orlando, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and elevate the client experience. You’ll balance high standards with supportive leadership, coaching, and hands-on oversight to ensure five-star service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll drive membership engagement, sales, and smooth workflows, while maintaining brand standards and a welcoming studio environment for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Proven sales and team leadership ability.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by upholding hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and customer experience.
• Support KPI achievement through sales, marketing and operations.
