Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Westlake studio. You’ll support the GM in driving studio success, oversee training, operations, and client experience, and motivate the team to deliver five-star service.

You’ll balance leadership with hands-on coaching, sales support, and operational excellence, creating a culture that puts clients first while upholding Restore’s hospitality standards. Open availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of management or supervisory experience required.
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience preferred.
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff needs.
• Proficient with computers.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star client service by modeling hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and compliance.
• Support studio sales, marketing, and operations to reach KPI goals.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly goals with the GM.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
