Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a General Manager to lead a studio, drive KPIs, grow memberships, and build a culture of excellence. You’ll blend strategic planning with hands-on leadership and authentic relationship building to position the studio as a trusted neighborhood destination.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, recruit and coach staff, manage labor and costs, and implement local marketing and community events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of management experience required.
• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail management preferred.
• Proven track record in sales growth and team leadership.
• Strong communication, coaching, and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans to hit KPIs, revenue, and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and client experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new team members.
• Lead performance reviews, recognition, and corrective action.
• Implement local marketing, community events, and grassroots initiatives.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards.
