Job summary

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive studio success, lead operations, and elevate client experience. You will train, motivate, and support a team while balancing sales goals with outstanding service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing client interactions, and ensuring consistent brand standards. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of management or supportive leadership experience (required).
• 4+ years of customer-facing experience (preferred).
• Proven success in sales and team leadership.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage both client and staff needs.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service by upholding hospitality standards.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, pricing, and compliance to boost sales.
• Support studio sales, marketing, and operations initiatives to hit KPIs.
• Partner with GM to set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment.
