You will collaborate with the General Manager to optimize operations, sales, and customer service in a fast-paced wellness-focused environment.

The role suits a candidate with 1–3 years of management, a proven sales record, and strong communication skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales, with membership or B2C/B2B experience welcomed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with numbers and turning metrics into action plans.

Aufgaben

• Lead the team with a culture of exceptional customer service and high performance.
• Oversee onboarding and training for non-medical staff and implement new procedures.
• Hit personal and team sales goals and contribute to revenue/membership targets.
• Plan monthly team meetings and support marketing/community outreach.
• Maintain studio safety, cleanliness, and guest experience; handle conflicts professionally.
