Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service in hospitality/restaurant
• 2+ years of managerial experience in hospitality/restaurant
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team with positive leadership and clear communication
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues professionally
• Motivate staff to exceed customer expectations with swift, friendly service
• Collaborate with General Manager on inventory, labor and procedures
• Maintain staffing plans to cover volume fluctuations and schedules
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards
• Participate in hiring decisions, performance appraisals and coaching
• Direct staff on the floor to ensure smooth operations and address issues
