Maple Hospitality Group in Dallas is seeking an experienced restaurant manager to lead high‑volume, upscale service. You’ll work closely with the GM to drive guest satisfaction, manage floor managers, and supervise operations across a dynamic dining program.

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership to manage FOH staff and floor managers.
• Ability to analyze P&L/COGS and work with finance to meet goals.

Responsabilités

• Resolve customer or employee complaints effectively.
• Assist GM in achieving company goals and taking on assigned tasks.
• Manage and develop Floor Managers and participate in weekly meetings.
• Audit menu items to ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance in the dining area.
• Adjust environment, music, lighting, and temperature for atmosphere.
• Monitor competition and industry trends; build professional networks.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, supplier contracts, and cost variances.
• Recruit and train staff; ensure alignment with company culture.
• Review expenditures with accounting to stay within budget.
