With a focus on staff development and menu leadership, you will mentor the team, manage line operations, and partner with the Executive Chef to maintain top-tier food quality and hospitality that aligns with our brand.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of higher management culinary experience.
• High end level restaurant experience is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Polished, professional, and energetic approach to management.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned tasks and explore opportunities to add value to the position.
• Adhere to financial plans and budgets prior to opening and while operating.
• Provide leadership in staff engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Recruit and train staff to uphold company culture and SOPs.
• Oversee menus development and seasonal updates.
• Track purchasing, inventory, and prep production.
• Schedule, mentor, and manage the team.
