Job summary

Maple Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dallas, TX to lead daily operations of a high-volume, upscale restaurant. You will supervise Floor Managers, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction through exceptional team leadership.

Key responsibilities include financial oversight (P&L/COGS), staff development, and collaboration with the GM to meet goals, while maintaining top-notch food quality and a safe, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant/hospitality establishment.
• Experience with P&L and COGS and interaction with accounting personnel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff and the GM.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer or employee complaints.
• Assist GM in accomplishing company goals by accepting GM tasks and exploring opportunities to add value.
• Manage and develop Floor Managers.
• Attend weekly Manager and Executive meetings.
• Guarantee food quality and 100% customer satisfaction via menu audits and service excellence.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and compliant working environment.
• Adjust environment, music, lighting, and temperature to suit the atmosphere.
• Track industry trends and competitive insights.
