Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage inventory and processes, and uphold safety and service standards in a fast-paced environment.

The AGM will partner with the General Manager to boost performance, hire and train teammates, and maintain a culture of high standards and guest satisfaction at our Pearland location.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience in automotive, fast food, or retail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Comfortable using computers and internet tools for forms and records.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store and maintain a clean, safe, and operational environment.
• Oversee cash handling and POS procedures.
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and schedule team members.
• Lead by example with J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Create a positive guest experience and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Take ownership of operations when the GM is away.
