Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in a supervisor role.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrated maturity and conscientiousness.
• Ability to supervise a large number of associates.
• Strong decision-making, communication, and merchandising skills.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profits and customer service by leading the store and adhering to policies.
• Operate the store as the Manager On Duty with the management team.
• Maintain physical security as a key-holding manager.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and resolve complaints.
• Maintain merchandising standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain stock levels and cadence within budget.
• Assist GM with interviewing, hiring and onboarding new talent.
• Train and develop associates and leads.
• Facilitate daily and weekly team communications.
• Audit buyback processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Consult with GM on associate performance.
• Handle banking duties and change orders as needed.
• Create schedules and daily agendas to match business needs.
