Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and coaching.
• Support scheduling and staffing needs.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain a positive environment.
• Uphold high service standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Implement strategies to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead by example in customer service and encourage the team.
• Assist with tracking sales, cash handling, and budgeting.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate financial records and cash procedures.
• Oversee food safety practices and train the team accordingly.
• Handle administrative tasks like inventory and records.
• Support report preparation and action plan implementation.
• Participate in special projects to drive restaurant success.
