CAVA in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to bring our mission, values, and guest-focused operations to life. You will partner with the General Manager and Area Leader to plan store actions, manage schedules, and develop hourly Team Members.

This role supports daily restaurant operations, inventory control, training, and performance feedback while upholding food quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.
• Assist with preparing financial reports and performance metrics.
