CAVA is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager and Area Leader in Cleveland, TN to drive store performance. You will manage daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and inventory while upholding CAVA standards for food quality, service, and safety.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, and financial stewardship, with competitive hourly pay of $21 and annual projection of $60,060 for a 50-hour week.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support with scheduling and staffing.
• Lead by example in customer service and encourage the team to follow suit.
• Support with managing financials including tracking sales, cash handling, and budgets.
• Prepare financial reports and analyze performance metrics.
