Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to standard.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness (front and back of house).
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and staff conduct following laws.
• Coach and develop team members continually.
• Support safety concerns and escalate to HR as needed.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
