Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide leadership and coverage across operating hours at a unit. You will supervise daily operations, train employees, and role model strong service, cleanliness, and product quality.

You will also respond to guest needs and help maintain safety and regulatory compliance. The AGM will work to optimize throughput, manage shifts, and develop team members while ensuring hospitality and accuracy in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between units.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take accurate orders.
• Oversee food preparation and packaging to standard.
• Manage cash registers, payments, and making change.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the entire restaurant.
• Provide coaching to team members and guide onboarding.
• Schedule shifts and deploy the team effectively.
• Monitor speed of service and resolve bottlenecks.
• Analyze sales, labor, and inventory to meet margins and targets.
