Job summary

TravelCenters of America is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in restaurant operations and marketing, including staffing, training, supervision, and profitability improvements.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service with strong product knowledge in a high-traffic setting. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience in fast-food industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; POS software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to meet performance standards and profitability.
• Coach and develop staff according to company policy.
• Ensure courteous, efficient service and clean restaurant environment.
