TravelCenters of America is seeking a Store General Manager to lead our Travel Store/Convenience Store operations, drive profitability, and mentor a dedicated team. You will oversee staffing, training and development, and ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge to create a fast, friendly shopping experience for travelers.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in related settings and a strong ability to manage payroll, inventory, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in convenience store, truck service, travel center, or related business activity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Travel Store/Convenience Store operations and marketing functions.
• Staff, train and develop team members; supervise staff per company policy.
• Recruit, hire and retain high-quality team members; recognize achievements.
• Respond to customer concerns with effective problem solving.
• Manage payroll, accounting, inventory and personnel documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
