Signature Aviation is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the private aviation terminal, guiding a cross-functional staff to deliver safe, hospitality-driven service for guests and flight crews. You will oversee ramp operations, guest services, and team performance, and step in for the General Manager as needed.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, with a hands-on leadership style and the ability to adapt to nights, holidays, and weekend shifts in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related aviation or cargo operations experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced aviation environment.
• Strong emphasis on guest service, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all base business functions, delivery of services, equipment, and staffing.
• Lead the terminal in GM’s absence and uphold Signature Aviation’s service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and airport requirements.
• Coordinate ramp operations and guest services to deliver seamless experiences.
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop team members to maintain high performance.
