Job summary

Signature Aviation plc is seeking an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver premium guest experiences at our private aviation terminal. You will blend hospitality with hands-on operational support, ensuring wheels down to wheels up run smoothly and guests feel cared for in a service-first environment.

The role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends, in outdoor airport settings around active aircraft.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Operate ground service equipment and perform aircraft ground services safely.
• Provide hospitality and guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and report unsafe conditions.
• Assist with fueling, de-icing, lavatory, ground power and potable water services as needed.
• Load/unload luggage and marshal aircraft as required.
• Maintain clean and secure ramps and operations.
• Create accurate records of time worked and services performed.
