Signature Aviation plc is seeking a General Manager for their private aviation terminal in Chicago, IL. You will oversee operational excellence and create exceptional guest experiences while leading a team in a dynamic environment.

This role requires strong leadership, operational management skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service. You will actively engage in developing relationships with stakeholders to enhance service offerings and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or 5 years related experience.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
• Strong financial and operational management skills.
• Experience with guest service in a hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all business functions of the private aviation terminal.
• Develop relationships with guests and airport authorities.
• Conduct analysis of competition.
• Manage P&L and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
