Signature Aviation seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to lead guest‑centric service at our private terminal. You’ll blend hospitality with hands‑on operations from wheels down to wheels up, ensuring a seamless experience for guests, crew, and aircraft.

The role requires schedule flexibility, outdoor work around active aircraft, and adherence to strict safety and security standards. You will operate GSE, coordinate service tasks, and maintain a positive, service‑first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass company background checks and airport background checks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid state driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
• Good vision and coordination for aircraft fueling inspections.
• Able to read and follow safety and process rules in English.

Responsabilités

• Perform airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, clients, vendors, and crewmembers to meet service needs.
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icers, GPU, tugs, etc.).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo; assist with ground transportation.
• Provide professional guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain safe, clean ramps and operations; fuel handling and records.
• Comply with all safety, security, and emergency procedures.
