Job summary

Border Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager in Montana to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead a motivated team. You will ensure a warm, efficient guest experience while living Border Foods CORE values and driving sales growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; 50 hours per week minimum.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and lead a strong team.
