Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and develop a strong team that delivers great food and a positive guest experience. You will uphold our core values and coach staff to meet service standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires proven restaurant or retail experience, ServeSafe certification, and the ability to work varied shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of hiring and retention.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license.
• ServeSafe Certified; High school diploma or equivalent.
• Schedule requires early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays; 50+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and manage a full team.
• Lead and develop Shift Leaders and Team Members to achieve goals.
• Ensure safe, clean environment with high-quality, friendly food and service.
• Manage labor, inventory, cash handling, and cost controls.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training for new hires.
