Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values while supervising daily restaurant operations. You will lead a team, ensure safe, quality food, and provide a friendly guest experience across shifts.

The role emphasizes accountability, integrity, teamwork, and empowerment within a fast-paced environment. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance, while driving guest satisfaction and top-line results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
