Job summary

Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the restaurant operation and coach a high-performing team. You will uphold our CORE values, drive exceptional guest experiences, and manage daily financials and people strategies.

This non-exempt role requires 50 hours weekly, a valid driver’s license, and a HS diploma or equivalent. We offer top pay, a bonus program up to $20,000, education assistance, and full medical/dental/vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience required.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work at least 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Oversee the operation of the restaurant and lead a strong team to deliver great food and a friendly experience.
