Applegreen USA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations across our network of travel plazas. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, coach staff, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising front-line teams, communicating objectives, maintaining brand standards, managing cash, inventory, and resolving issues to ensure smooth store level operation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates, assign work, coach shifts supervisors, and monitor store operations.
• Step in for the General Manager when required.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale during challenging times.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, inventory accuracy, and cash handling.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to build lasting relationships.
