Applegreen is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations across multiple travel plazas. You will help lead a team, deliver business objectives, and ensure smooth day-to-day performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise non-management associates and coordinate shift operations.
• Cover duties in the absence of the General Manager.
• Motivate staff during low morale and maintain brand standards.
• Ensure cash management is accurate and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues to maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through spot counts and checks.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
