Job summary

KBP Foods, in partnership with KFC, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead people, operations, and guest experience in a Toledo area KFC restaurant. You will mentor staff, optimize daily operations, and drive profitability while maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to build a positive, high-performing restaurant
• Deliver a great guest experience and resolve issues quickly
• Help oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and company policy compliance
• Maintain brand standards for food quality, preparation, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage labor and food costs with a focus on restaurant performance and profitability
• Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and help keep every shift running smoothly
