Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and promote a welcoming, inclusive environment for members at our Long Beach facility.

The AGM will lead staff, recruit and hire, and ensure adherence to company policies while driving sales and maintaining high service standards. This role presides in the GM’s absence and upholds Crunch Fitness brand values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise staff; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Commitment to customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of standard operating procedures and policies.
• Assist General Manager to implement policies and procedures.
• Encourage teamwork and productivity among staff.
• Recruit, interview, and hire talented team members.
• Lead sales team to meet revenue targets and track leads.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
• Process payroll and ensure accurate payroll submission.
